From Legacy to Launch: A Strategic Rebrand That Positioned Key Choice Commercial for Growth
To align their brand with premium commercial real estate services, Key Choice Commercial worked with BizMarketing on a complete rename and relaunch, delivering a fresh identity, unified messaging, and stronger market presence.
How We Helped
- Logo & Rebranding Design
- Developed Marketing Strategy
- Designed & Developed New Website
- Copywriting & Core Messaging
- Continue to Host & Maintain Website
The Challenge
Natalie Foskey purchased Bradley Commercial Real Estate and inherited the name, logo, and client book. After several years, she knew the brand no longer matched the business she was building. As she prepared to move forward with a rebrand, the early days of COVID-19 created added uncertainty across the commercial real estate industry—making clarity and confidence in her marketing more important than ever.
The Process
Natalie started with a BizMarketing Strategy Session and received a customized Your Marketing Message report. The strategy confirmed the need for a new name, logo, and visual identity that aligned with her business direction.
BizMarketing facilitated a one-hour focus group led by Strategist/Coach Chris Goldman, with clear naming criteria:
Connect to Natalie’s name
Clearly communicate commercial real estate
Reflect the premium quality of her team
That process led to the new brand: Key Choice Commercial, followed by a fresh logo, color palette, and website design.
The Solution
Natalie and her team worked closely with BizMarketing to rename, rebrand, and relaunch with confidence—creating updated messaging and design for online marketing, print materials, and all branded assets. By applying the BizMarketing Process, the result was a cohesive strategy and a brand presence that made an immediate impact.
Since the rebranding and the development of the new website, we have seen an increase in inquiries which have ultimately resulted in revenue. Chris Goldman and the BizMarketing ream were the highlights for me during the challenging year of Covid.

The Present
Key Choice Commercial has not only survived the challenges of 2020 and 2021, but they have also experienced continual growth and expansion. With a new look, new name, and fresh design, they have successfully rebranded without losing a prominent place in the commercial real estate arena.
Natalie continues to feel great about the collaborative work accomplished with the BizMarketing team and Key Choice Commercial continues to win online.
